Michael Kaman, Neighbor

I am the owner of Fitness Together located in Rocky Hill. I opened FT over 3 years ago and along with my training staff have helped hundreds of people in the area achieve their health and fitness goals.  I graduated from Southern CT state University with my BS in Exercise Science and my Masters in Health Education.  I am a certified teacher in Physical Education and Health.  I have also been serving in the CT National Guard for over 13 years.  I live in the area with my wife and our young son.
