Outrageous. CT continues to give the same rights and liberties to those that refuse to do things…Read More the lawful way, as those that obey the laws. Although not a direct correlation, I wonder how many unregistered, uninsured vehicles will now be on CT's roads? What other State benefit programs will these illegal's be able to obtain with their new licenses?
