For 25 years, Ken DeStefanis has run one of the top wrestling camps in the country every summer at the Pomfret School. The Competitive Edge system focuses first on wrestling concepts and principles before perfecting techniques like take downs, pins, rides, escapes and reversals. Four different levels of instruction are provided; day and overnight camping options are available.
