Strength Training Class

This class, sponsored by the Parks and Recreation Department, meets twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from July 26 to September 16. There are two meeting times:
11 - 11:45am or 12 - 12:45pm.

Use free weights, bands, bars and more to tone and reshape your body. You will need your own floor mat.
