Strength Training Class

This class, sponsored by the Parks and Recreation Department, meets twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays until September 28. There are two meeting times:

6:45 - 7:30pm
7:45 - 8:30pm

Use free weights, bands, bars and more to tone and reshape your body. You will need your own floor mat.
