Strength Training Class

Total body strength training will give you a complete workout that will help tone and reshape your body. Core workout is also included. The class, sponsored by Rocky Hill Parks and Recreation, will utilize free weights, bands, bars, etc., and will include standing and floor work. Please bring your own floor mat.

Days:              Tuesdays and Thursdays
Dates:             March 29-May 19
Fee:                 $55 for 16 classes
