Pilates Reformer will build on Pilates mat exercises and is performed on a piece of equipment. The equipment provides resistance using springs that allow you to work on core strength. The class will focus on breathing, abdominal and spine strengthening, body alignment and stretching. The Reformer workout will help strengthen your core while stretching and toning without any impact to the body.
