Open House and Alzheimer Benefit

The Rocky Hill Tennis and Fitness Center is hosting, free of charge, an Open House and Alzheimer's Benefit on September 23rd from 10:00 – 12:00 featuring classes offered at the gym. Additionally, from 12:00 – 2:00 we are previewing our classes designed for older adults of any fitness level featuring Silver Sneakers, Yoga Stretch, Senior Starter Tennis and an exciting addition, Drums Alive ( 12:00-2:00 Drums Alive will be reserved for older adults. It is also available during the 10:00-12:00 sign ups). Sign up for classes of your choice running 20 minutes each to get a taste of what we have to offer. Though the event is free, please consider donating to the Alzheimer's Association to help reach our running goal of $1,000.
