Rocky Hill Seniors Have a Lot To Look Forward To At All Night Graduation Party

Small but determined committee has worked hard to make it a night to remember.

The Rocky Hill Graduation Project committee is coming down the home stretch and chairperson Liza Anderson and co-chair Mike Stacy are excited about the night the seniors are going to have.

"We have raised money the entire school year," Anderson said. "We did everything from a zumba-thon to a school social to pasta dinners to having a medium come to the school. We've also gotten help from some of the restaurants in town who have donated a part of their proceeds to the project."

In return for all the fundraising, the seniors will be transported to another place and time from 10 p.m. until 5 a.m. the next morning. Restaurants from around town hep donate food and provide food that is paid for. There will also be a DJ playing music all night.

"We are really excited about our theme this year," which Anderson said is a secret. "The kids won't even recognize the school when they come back. We have activities planned for them all night long."

Anderson told Rocky Hill Patch the theme, the list of activities and what the students can expect but we will be keeping that a secret.

Rocky Hill Patch is also proudly contributing to the Rocky Hill High School senior class.
