Girls', Boys' Basketball Teams Battle E.O. Smith and Hartford Public This Week

Schedule:

Boys' basketball team will play at on Tuesday at 7 p.m. and Hartford Public at Hartford Public High School on Friday at 7 p.m.

Girls' basketball team will play at E.O. Smith High School on Tuesday at 7 p.m. and Hartford Public at Rocky Hill High School on Friday at 5:30 p.m.

Boys' hockey team has a game against Hall-Southington at Champions Rink on Wednesday at 7 p.m. and Suffield-Granby-Windsor Locks at Champions Rink on Saturday at 7 p.m.

Boys' swimming team has meets against Newington High School at Rocky Hill High School on Tuesday at 3:45 p.m. and East Hartford at East Hartford High School on Friday at 3:45 p.m.

Wrestling team will compete against Weaver/Hartford Public at Rocky Hill High School on Wednesday at 6 p.m. and at Staples High School on Saturday at 9 a.m.

Boys' and girls' indoor track teams competed in the CCC Championships at New Haven Athletic Center on Jan. 28.

Results:

Boys' basketball team played at Conard High School on Jan. 24 and Bloomfield at Bloomfield High School on Jan. 27. There are no results on the CIAC website for either game. The Terriers was defeated by RHAM High School, 54-66, at Rocky Hill High School on Jan. 20. 

Girls' basketball team was , 59-50, at Rocky Hill High School on Jan. 24 and beat Bloomfield High School, 59-50, at Rocky Hill High School on Jan. 27.

Boys' hockey team defeated Rockville-Manchester-Stafford, 7-0, at Champions Rink on Jan. 24. They crushed by E.O. Smith-Tolland-Windham, 9-1, at Champions Rink on Jan. 27. According to head coach Sean Cole, the E.O. Smith-Tolland-Windham had 12 shots and scored on nine of them. "We were not ourselves," Cole said. "Sometimes a team has one of those games."

Boys' swimming team beat Hartford Public at Hartford Public High School on Jan. 24 and defeated , 103-81, at Rocky Hill High School on Jan. 27. The Terriers lost their match against Manchester at on Jan. 20.

Wrestling team competed at Rocky Hill High School on Jan. 25 and Platt Tech Duals at in Milford on Jan. 28. However, there are no results on CIAC wesbite.
