CT REIA Monthly Meeting for Real Estate Investors

The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association (CT REIA) is holding its monthly meeting for real estate investors on November 14, 2011. This meeting will take place from 5:30 to 9 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Cromwell.

The meeting will feature speaker Sean Carpenter, a grant expert who, in the past 12 years, has put together over half a billion dollars in deals using government programs. He works with clients and students around the country to get tenants for properties, developer fees, tax credits and funding to cover rehabs, down payments and more.
