Construction is set to begin next spring on a new residential subdivision on Brook St. on the former Ollari Farms property.
The Ollari Farm Estates subdivision was unanimously approved by the town open space and conservation commission and the planning and zoning commission during a meeting Wednesday night. Wednesday was the final night for public hearings on the application, which began in August.
The subdivision as planned consists of a mix of pre-planned and custom-designed homes, which are expected to sell in the $600,000 range, according to the developer.
The total development area consists of 27.32 acres, including 1.5 acres of existing wetlands.
The project is expected to take roughly three to four years to finish, the developer said.
