Rachel Drive Home Costs New Buyer Nearly $350,000

Rocky Hill property transfers from Aug. 6 to 9.

The Rocky Hill Town Clerk's office, which is located in the , has recorded the following property transfers:

56 PRATT STREET - Cristina Chang-Bryant to Mary Elizabeth Tuohy for $193,750 on Aug. 7. 

9C BROOKWOOD DRIVE - Alison Kaye to Catherine L. and Douglas Murning for $115,000 on Aug. 8.

23 RACHEL DRIVE - Timothy J. Gorton to Habil and Canan Elevulu for $345,000 on Aug. 9.
