PZC Approves Liquor Permit for Asian Bistro

Town Manager says restaurant fits the "needs" of the town.

The Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved a liquor permit for the Asian Bistro on Aug. 17.

The Asian Bistro, which is located at 396 Cromwell Ave., is currently under construction and expected to be completed in October.

Town Manager Barbara Gilbert said the town staff has worked very hard to bring in “high end” or “white table cloth type” restaurants to Rocky Hill.
