30 WINDY HILL LANE - Christopher Young to Ana L. Homick for $270,000 on Aug. 10

125 PARTRIDGE DRIVE - John J. O'Neil, Trustee for the bankrupt estate of Ranjit and Bharati Patel to Robert A. Tummillo for $160,000 on Aug. 10.

103 BAILEY ROAD - Michael W. Banfield to Brian A. Banfield for $88,500 on Aug. 10.

27 HICKORY LANE - Ashley Bohner to Alessandro J. Macchi for $168,500 on Aug. 11.

301 COLD SPRING ROAD - Yi-Frei Gong to Thessalonia and Aforra Cobb for $380,000 on Aug. 12.
