The Rocky Hill Town Clerk's office has recorded the following property transfers:

603 GRAY FOX LANE - Myra Efron to Telly J. Anagnos for $233,000 on Aug. 2.

47 WINDY HILL LANE - Angela M. Callahan to Babitha Ajhok and Ajaylal Mohanan for $325,000 0n Aug. 4.

10 KNOLL LANE - Dominic Mazzoccoli to Patricia K. and Jeffrey Rajotte for $560,500 0n Aug. 12.

39 BROOKWOOD DRIVE - Mildred Fernandez to Hata and Jasna Duric for $115,000 0n Aug. 15.

60 JENNIFER'S WAY UNIT 29 - Rocky Hill Enterprise to Hazel and Lesile Davison for $350,685 on Aug. 15.
