20 MISTY CRESCENT - National Residential Nominee Services, Inc. to Ravikkumar Nalliyappa for $250,000 on Sept. 26

20 MISTY CRESCENT - Beth W. Byington to National Residential Nominee Services, Inc. for $250,000 on Sept. 26

104 HOLY HILL DRIVE - Michael John Russo to Kathryn Russo for $227,000 on Sept. 27.

57 HIGHCREST DRIVE - Amy Holmes to Nancy C. Watson for $196,000 on Sept. 27.

11 BARRY PLACE - JoAnn S. Daversa to Henry and JoAnn Daversa for $187,500 on Sept. 28.
