Food Pantry Needs Donations

Rocky Hill Human Services is asking for nonperishable food items.

 

Rocky Hill Human Services wants townspeople to know that the food pantry is in need of restocking.

You can help support Rocky Hill individuals and families who have fallen on difficult times by making a donation of nonperishable food or a monetary gift card.

Among the items needed are:

  • Canned tuna or chicken
  • Granola bars
  • Cereal
  • Canned fruit
  • Rice
  • Potatoes
  • Soup
  • Peanut butter and jelly
  • Pasta and sauce
  • Maccaroni and cheese
  • Kid-friendly snacks
  • Juice boxes
  • Paper products
  • Hygiene items (soap, shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste and toothbrushes, baby wipes, laundry detergent)

Donations may be dropped off at Rocky Hill Human Services, 699 Old Main Street, Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. For more information, call (860) 258-2799.
