Concerned Residents To Rally Against Proposed Home For Prisoners in Rocky Hill

Site at 60 West Street proposed to house state prisoners at nursing home.

 

State Senator Paul Doyle, State Representative Tony Guerrera and Mayor Anthony LaRosa will host Rocky Hill residents for a rally Wednesday, Feb. 20 at 11 a.m.

The elected officials and concerned citizens will rally against a proposed nursing home for severely disabled prisoners and mentally ill patients in Rocky Hill at 60 West Street.

The rally will be held at the Connecticut State Capitol North Grounds, 210 Capitol Avenue, Hartford.
