Rocky Hill property transfers from July 16 to 20.

The Rocky Hill Town Clerk's office, which is located in the , has recorded the following property transfers:

71 HAMMERMILL ROAD - David J. Pracon to Phoenix Rocky Hill LLC for $1,050,000 on July 16.

206 BRIARWOOD COURT - Sheryl-Ann Montoya to Sarah N. Moulton and Richard P. Lieberman for $174,00 on July 17.

25 BIRCH ROAD - Steven R. King to Aurel Kola and Engela Gjomorkaj for $145,000 on July 19.

925 NEW BRITAIN AVENUE - 925 New Britain Avenue Associates, LLC to Frank Mitchell for $375,000 on July 20.
