Sept. 5
Jeffrey C. Mills, 30, of 302 Limner Circle, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs; 1:52 a.m.
Sept. 6
Wayne R. Brown, 62, of 113 Parkview Dr., Wethersfield, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane; 1:57 a.m.
Sept. 7
John Pasquale Levenduski, 57, of Marion, CT, was arrested and charged with reckless driving and use of drug paraphernalia; 2:36 p.m.
Bin Fang, 33, of 6 Rachel Dr., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and two counts of second-degree unlawful restraint; 9:08 p.m.
Lijun Wang, 56, of 6 Rachel Dr., was arrested and charged with interfering with an emergency call and second-degree unlawful restraint.
Sept. 8
Alphonso A. Watson, 40, of Hartford, was arrested and charged with possession of narcotics, interfering with a police officer and use of drug paraphernalia; 4:11 p.m.
Sept. 11
Hasib Huric, 41, 59 Birch Rd., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
