Sept. 29
Ryan C. Gasuk, 28, of 280 France St. in Rocky Hill, was arrested and charged with evading responsibility and failure to drive in the proper lane after police stopped him at 2:37 a.m. several houses down at 214 France St.

Onno J. Stoop, 26, of 84 Wall St. in Madison, was arrested and charged with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics at the Wendy’s at 1360 Silas Deane Highway.

Salvatore M. DeLucia, 55, of 510 Liberty St. in Meriden, was arrested and charged with sixth-degree larceny after police say he stole from a motor vehicle at 120 Dividend Road.
Sept. 26
Sara J. Tewskbury, 30, of 10 Higby Road in Middletown, was arrested and charged with sixth-degree larceny after police say she shoplifted from 80 Town Line Road.
