The following arrests were reported by the Rocky Hill Police Department between Sept. 14 to Sept. 20:
Sept. 14
Ngozi Yearwood, 35, of Cromwell, was arrested and charged with issuing a bad check worth less than $250.
Sept. 15
Kazimierz J. Gwiazdowski, 41, of 15 Eastview Terr., Rocky Hill, was arrested and charged with third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation, disorderly conduct and interfering with police; 4:16 a.m.
Sept. 19
William V. Medina, 19, of 798 Maple St., Rocky Hill, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, exceeding posted speed limit and failure to drive right; 7:21 p.m.
Sept. 20
Joseph St. Paul, 28, of 61 Ten Acre Road, Middletown, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, driving without a marker plate, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.
