Oct. 8
Justin James Radican, 26, turned himself in on a warrant charging him with second-degree forgery, fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy. He was released on a $10,000 bond.

Bivas Banerjee, 33, of 3 Kingsley Court in Rocky Hill, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane after police say they stopped him at Exit 23 of I-91 North at 3:33 a.m. He was released on a $500 non-surety bond.
Christopher J. Patnode, 26, of 135 Jerome Ave. in Bristol, turned himself in to police at 6:30 p.m. on a warrant charging him with second-degree forgery, conspiracy to commit second-degree forgery, fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny. He was released on a $10,000 bond.

Oct. 6
Devon Carfi, 19, of 11 Washington St. in Rocky Hill, and Victoria Baxter, 18, of 3357 Main St. in Rocky Hill, were each arrested and charged with violation of a restraining order after police responded to report of a woman walking away crying from a Subaru Impreza with a loud muffler. They were each released on $3,000 non-surety bond.
