Oct. 24
Felix Padilla, 26, of 11 Gilbert Ave. in Rocky Hill, was arrested by warrant at home at 5:23 p.m. on charges of first-degree failure to appear.

Oct. 22
Jesse Vasquez, 24, of 114 Seymour Ave. in West Hartford, was arrested at 1:41 a.m. at 674 Cromwell Ave. and charged with possession of narcotics, possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana, operating under suspension and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
