Yelitza Mulero, 30, of 538 Broad St., 25, in Hartford, was arrested at 10:35 p.m. on a charge of sixth-degree larceny after police say she shoplifted from Kohl’s, 1899 Silas Deane Highway.
Jennifer M. Nieves, 36, of 61 Walnut Road in Rocky Hill, turned herself in to the Rocky Hill Police Department at 12:15 p.m. on outstanding charges of first-degree failure to appear and three (3) counts of second-degree failure to appear.
Nathan A. Docan, 23, of 1160 South Main St., 208, in Middletown, turned himself in to the Rocky Hill Police Department at 2:48 p.m. on charges of third-degree burglary and third-degree larceny.
