Taya S. Conway, 28, of 279 Prospect St. in East Haddam, was arrested at 12:21 p.m. at Kohl's, 1899 Silas Deane Highway in Rocky Hill, on charges of sixth-degree larceny.
Reginald Lenard Greene, 52, of Labella Circle in Middletown, was arrested at 12:28 a.m. on Parsonage St. for a charge of failure to respond to an infraction.

Antonio Damon Harper, 26, of 746 Elm St. in New Haven, was arrested at 2:11 a.m. at the Residence Inn, 680 Cromwell Ave., on a charge of second-degree failure to appear.
Mushiyrah I. Muhammad, 23, of 155 Huntington St. in Bridgeport, was arrested at 2:11 a.m. at the Residence Inn, 680 Cromwell Ave., on a charge of second-degree failure to appear.
Stephen Anthony Tracey, 28, of 75 Jennings Ave. in Bridgeport, was arrested at 2:11 a.m. at the Residence Inn, 680 Cromwell Ave., on a charge of failure to respond to an infraction.

Rober J. Malecki, 34,and Cathy M. Malecki, both of 620 Elm St. in Rocky Hill, was arrested at home at 5:49 p.m. on a charge of disorderly conduct following a domestic incident. Cathy Melcki was also charged with third-degree assault.
