Rocky Hill Police Blotter: Nov. 19-20
The following information was supplied by the Rocky Hill Police Department. The list reflects charges filed and arrests made, but does not indicate convictions.
Nov. 20
Heather Cihocki, 27, of 86 Cedar Hill in Rockfall, and Hamit Soykat, 26, of 106 Cedar Hollow Drive in Rocky Hill, were each arrested at 2:04 a.m. at Soykat's home following a domestic disturbance. Both individuals were charged with second-degree breach of peace. Soykat was also charged in relation to a separate burglary case at 51 Pratt St., Apt. A. He was charged with third-degree assault, third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny and an additional count of breach of peace.

Nov. 19
Kent Illausky, 57, of 287 West St. in Rocky Hill, was arrested at home at 11:50 a.m. and charged with second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace.
