May 4
Earl Youngelson, 71, of 300 Cold Spring Road, Rocky Hill, was arrested at 10:27 a.m. at the Rocky Hill Police Department on charges of violation of probation.
May 1
Michael Coffey, 24, of 100 West St., Rocky Hill, was arrested at 5:49 a.m. at the I-91 South ramp near West St. on charges of running from police, operating under suspension and resisting arrest.
