Jayme Lynn McGovern, 30, of 15 Cross St., Danbury, was arrested at 1:48 a.m. at the Sheraton Hotel, 100 Capital Boulevard, on a charge of second-degree breach of peace.
Ralph Lance Pliego, 42, of 1 Broadview Lane, New Milford, was arrested at 1:48 a.m. at the Sheraton Hotel, 100 Capital Boulevard, on a charge of second-degree breach of peace.
