Jeffrey Dolgoruck, 46, of 36 Willow Road, Rocky Hill, was arrested at 1:19 a.m. on Main St. on charges of driving under the influence, exceeding the posted speed limit and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Nicole A. LaPlant, 20, of 24 Lake Road, Portland, was arrested at 2:42 p.m. at the WalMart at 80 Town Line Road on charges of sixth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer. She was later found to have two (2) outstanding warrants charging her with second-degree failure to appear.

Christopher Markiewica, 54, of 76 Heather Hill, Rocky Hill, was arrested at 9:16 a.m. on a single count of reckless endangerment.
