Matthew John Gworek, 22, of 8 Textbook Ave., Rocky HIll, turned himself in to the Rocky Hill Police Department at 4:05 p.m. on charges of first-degree reckless endangerment, first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal mischief, evading responsibility, reckless driving, operating under the influence and interfering with police.

Loretta Leinert-Avery, 54, of 13 Basswood Court, Rocky Hill, was arrested at 9:25 p.m. at the corner of Elm St. and Grimes Road on a charge of driving under the influence. Her blood alcohol level was 0.186, according to police.
Raymond Samame, 22, of 163 Shunpike Road, Cromwell, was arrested at 2:05 a.m. at 52 New Britain Ave. on charges of operating under the influence.
