Jan. 6
John Paul Daniels, 23, of 29 Myrtle Road, Portland, was arrested at 3:03 a.m. on Cromwell Avenue on charges of operating under the influence, failure to display lights and possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana.

Jan. 4
Vivan L. Ramirez, 60, of 45 Robbins Lane, Apt. C, Rocky Hill, and Ashley Ramirez, 27, of 652 High St., Middletown, were both arrested at 9:11 p.m. at Vivian Ramirez's residence on a single count each of disorderly conduct following a report of a domestic disturbance.

Jan. 2
Pual Alfonso Adinolfi, 47, of 7 Sunset Court, Dayton, N.J., turned himself into the Rocky Hill Police Department on a warrant charging him with first-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny.
