Jan. 16
Mark Santhosh Durning, 28, of 2102 Harbor View Drive B, Rocky Hill, was arrested at home at 1:44 a.m. on charges of disorderly conduct.

Jan. 14
Three individuals were arrested on charges of disorderly conduct after police responded to 300 Cold Spring Road, Apt. 413 C. Kathleen Colangelo, 48, Michael S. Hadvab, 23, and Andrew G. France, 72, were each arrested on a single count of each of disorderly conduct.
