Klea Bylykbashi, 19, of 590 Highland Ave., Waterbury, was arrested at 3:28 p.m. at Uptown Consignment, 781 Cromwell Ave., on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.
Feb. 22
Nicholas Bouchard, 26, of 6 Harvest Lane, Windsor Locks, was arrested at 1:22 p.m. at Walmart, 80 Town Line Road, on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.
Feb. 25
Carlos Cruz, 42, of 179 Forest St., Rocky Hill, turned himself in to the Rocky Hill Police Department at 6:04 a.m. on a warrant charging him with disorderly conduct and risk of injury.
