Nicholas S. Talevi, 29, of 256 Brainard Hill Road, Higganum, was arrested at 2:48 a.m. at the intersection of Silas Deane Highway and I-91 South on charges of improper turn signal, improper rear lamps and operating under the influence.
Feb. 17
Kenneth L. Clines, 43, of 155 Dividend Road, Rocky Hill, was arrested at 12:13 p.m. at 80 Town Line Road on a single count of second-degree breach of peace.
Feb. 21
Brian J. Zarcaro, 38, of 668 Main St., Cromwell, was arrested at 1:37 a.m. on Brook St. on charges of second-degree breach of peace, fourth-degree criminal mischief and interfering with an officer.
