Sharon Elizabeth Gosselin, 22, of 807 Route 32, Franklin, was arrested at 2:04 a.m. on Main St. on charges of operating under the influence, possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving in the improper lane.
Feb. 13
Ruben R. Whalen, 41, of 35 Garfield Road, Bristol, turned himself in to the Rocky Hill Police Department at 11:45 a.m. on a warrant charging him with violation of probation and violation of a restraining order.
Kenneth H. Ford, 47, of 52 Dobson Circle, Middletown, turned himself in to the Rocky Hill Police Department at 6:57 a.m. on a warrant charging him with second-degree harassment and violation of a restraining order.
Feb. 11
Dorothy E. Tucker, 58, of 2 Chestnut Court, Rocky Hill, was arrested at home at 11:37 p.m. on charges of disorderly conduct and risk of injury.
