Daniel Clifton Frizzell, 29, of 514 Cedar Hollow Drive in Rocky Hill, was arrested at 1:55 a.m. at home on charges of operating under the influence and operating without a license.

Ashley Stebbins, 28, of 10 Donald Road in Essex, was arrested at 9:54 p.m. at 80 Town Line Road on charges of second-degree trespass.
