Michael P. Halle, 37, of 30 Silo Drive, Rocky Hill, was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Cromwell Ave. at 11:14 p.m. on charges of evading responsibility, operating under the influence, operating an unregistered vehicle and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Amy L. Dobson, 36, of 244 Old Main St., Rocky Hill, was arrested at 4:35 p.m. at the Stop & Shop, 80 Town Line Road, on a report of shoplifting. She was charged with a single count of sixth-degree larceny.
