Brian Araujo, 32, of 22 Sandy Drive, Rocky Hill, was arrested at home on charges of first-degree harassment, third-degree assault on an elderly person, disorderly conduct, use of drug paraphernalia and two (2) counts of possession of narcotics.

John W. White, 47, of 645 Main St., Cromwell, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. at the corner of Silas Deane Highway and Parsonage St. on charges of evading responsibility and failure to grant right of way.

Cathalina Hayden, 50, of 33 Columbus St., East Hartford, was arrested at 3:50 p.m. at Kohl's, 1899 Silas Deane Highway, on charges of larceny 6.
William McGarrah, 45, 588 Main St., Cromwell, was arrested at 2:28 a.m. on the Silas Deane Highway on charges of operating under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane.
