ILLEGAL OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER INFLUENCE OF DRUGS/ALCOHOL and FAILURE TO DRIVE IN PROPER LANE - Heather L. Cihocki, 27, of 86 Cedar St., Rockfall

FIRST-DEGREE CRIMINAL TRESPASS and SIXTH-DEGREE LARCENY - Anthony Crescenzo, 42, of 7 Palmer Cir., Cromwell

The following arrest was reported by the :

POSSESSION NARCOTICS — On May 24 at 2:07 a.m., police received an anonymous call that two men were parked in a Porsche Cayenne on Clinton Avenue committing illegal activities, but the report says, would not elaborate. Police saw two women sitting on the roof of the car talking to Theoharris Vasiliadis, 28, of Hickory Lane, Newington, outside the car and Jay M. Romano, 26, of Summer Lane, Rocky Hill, inside. Vasiliadis told police he and Romano just met two girls in Cromwell at a gas station and came to the street to hang out. One officer saw Romano had a folded dollar bill under the floor mat of his car with white powder, later found to be 1.2 grams of cocaine, and a $20 bill with residue, as well as a bag of 1.9 grams of cocaine. Vasiliadis, police say, had a $20 bill rolled up with cocaine residue on him. Both were charged with the above.
