Rocky Hill Police Blotter: April 27 - April 30
The following information was supplied by the Rocky Hill Police Department. The list reflects charges filed and arrests made, but does not indicate convictions.
April 28
Edna A. Baldwin, 59, of 135 Candlewood Hill, Higganum, was arrested at 2:25 p.m. at Big Y, 1040 Elm St., on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.
April 27
Jeffrey M. Aforismo, 27, of 69 Ridgefield Drive, Middletown, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. at 40 Cold Spring Road on a charge of failure to respond to an infraction.
April 26
Tamara Lynn Kinder, 49, of 105 Prospect St., 1, Vernon, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. at Stop & Shop, 80 Town Line Road, on a charge of sixth-degree larceny.
