Rocky Hill Firefighters Respond to Elevator Malfunction on Maple Street

The Rocky Hill Fire Department was kept busy over the past week, responding to an alarm activation, a fluid spill and motor vehicle accidents between July 25 to 31.

The responded to the following the emergency calls from July 25 to 31:

July 25

14:52 hrs I-91Southbound near exit 23 
Motor vehicle accident with injuries

July 26

11:40 hrs 
856 Maple St. Elevator malfunction

July 28

8:08 hrs 235 Dividend Rd. Alarm activation 10:23 hrs   
107 Highland St. Home lock out 17:22 hrs 
87 Brookwood Dr. Smoke detector activation

July 29

5:44  hrs 
Gilbert Ave. and Bayberry Ln. Branch on power line 21:44  hrs 12 Red Fox Ln.
CO detector activation

July 31

17:43  hrs     
Route 3 France St.
Fluid spill
