The cause of the fire is under investigation.

No residents or firefighters were injured after a fire at a townhouse Sunday morning.

Firefighters were called to a two-alarm fire at 1 Drummond Dr. at 9:42 a.m., Fire Chief Michael Garrahy said. The fire was inside the walls and celling of one of the townhouses in the Glennbrook section of Century Hills, Garrahy said.

The fire was under control in about 40 minutes, Garrahy stated. The fire extended to two units, Garrahy added.
