May 8
ILLEGAL OPERATION UNDER INFLUENCE OF DRUGS/ALCOHOL, RECKLESS DRIVING and RUNNING FORM POLICE - Crystal F. Rose, 44, of 1 Summit Rd., Rocky Hill. Rose was driving her 2002 Honda Accord near the Forest and Summit roads intersection just after 5:30 p.m. when police said she refused to pull over or stop for them. Once she did pull into a driveway, Rose was arrested and later released on $1,000 bond.
FRAUDULENT USE OF AUTO TELLER and FIFTH-DEGREE LARCENY - Duane K. Stringer, 56, of 287 West St. B (), Rocky Hill
SIXTH-DEGREE LARCENY - Ezequiel R. Rocha, 27, of 1 Robinson Rd., Rocky Hill

SIXTH-DEGREE LARCENY - Jenelle Monique Townsend, 33, of 15 Kenyon Pl., East Hartford. Police arrested Townsend after she was caught shoplifting at Kohl's Sunday night. She was released on $500 bond.
