Police: Woman Named 'Stormy' Arrested For Prostitution

The 24-year-old woman has also been linked to two heroin overdose deaths, Manchester Police said, and was wanted for failing to appear in court for assaulting a police officer.

A homeless Manchester woman was arrested for prostitution after she offered to have sex with an undercover cop for $200, police said.

The woman, who goes by the name "Stormy," has reportedly been involved in prostitution and narcotic activity in several Connecticut towns over the past few months. She has also been linked to two heroin related overdose deaths, police said.

Members of the East Central Narcotics Task Force set up a sting after they developed information that a prostitute named “Stormy” was posting advertisements soliciting customers to engage in prostitution in the local area.

They arranged to meet her at a local hotel on March 12. Police didn't provide the name of the hotel or the town that it was in, but they did say it was in the task force's coverage area — Manchester, South Windsor, Vernon, and Glastonbury.

Police said Stormy offered to give an undercover officer an hour's worth of sex for $200.

Police said Stormy's real name is Brandy Milone.

Milone was also wanted on a warrant out of Meriden, on a failure to appear charge related to an assault on a police officer incident in that town.

She was held on a $5,000 bond for the prostitution charge, and a $10,000 bond for the failure to appear charge.

The East Central Narcotics Task Force, in cooperation with other municipal and federal law enforcement agencies, is interested in stopping illegal narcotics sales and use in the Manchester, South Windsor, Vernon, and Glastonbury communities.

Anyone with information pertaining to any illicit drug activity is asked to contact the task force at 860-645-5548. All calls will remain confidential.
