SIXTH-DEGREE LARCENY - Tracey L. Gonsalves, 42, of 1170 Hartford Turnpike, Vernon. Gonsalves was arrested after she was caught shoplifting at the Kohl's on the Silas Deane Highway at 7:03 p.m. on Jan. 12, police said. It is unclear what Gonsalves allegedly stole from the store.
