The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Nov. 29, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

November 27

Charles Colla, no age given, of 32 Poquonock Ave., Windsor, was charged with breach of peace. 

Jessica Rosario, no age given, of 265 Grove St., New Britain, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy, two counts of illegal use of a credit card, and two counts of third-degree identify theft. 

Hardeep Singh, no age given, of 43 Burt Latham Rd., Willington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Walmart. 

Eileen M. Perkins, no age given, of 836 Main St., South Glastonbury, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under suspension and carrying insufficient insurance. 

November 28 

Lashonda Matthews, no age given, of 218 Laurel St. Apt. B4, Hartford, was charged with second-degree forgery and illegally obtaining or supplying drugs.

Daniel Michael Januszewski, no age given, of 500 Vine St., Hartford, was charged with first-degree robbery and larceny. 

Francesca Badu, no age given, of 188 Main St. Unit A, Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Walmart. 

Malgorzatac C. Ingraham, no age given, of 17 New Britain Ave., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

November 29 

Amanda Macey, 28, of 7 Woodland St., Hartford, was charged with possession of more than 40 ounces of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, and the cultivation of marijuana. 

Paul Andrew Bato, no age given, of 536 Birch Mountain Rd., Manchester, was charged with possession of more than 40 ounces of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, operating a drug factory, and the cultivation of marijuana. 

Doris Lorain Walker, 29, of 39 Grand St., Middletown, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to committee sixth-degre larceny. 

Matthew Lee Gilbert, no age given, of 304 Garden ST., Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Craig Allen Benson, 31, of 15 Middle Dr., East Hartford, was charged with failure to appear. 

Mbaye Cisse, no age given, of 238 Burnside Ave., East Hartford, was charged with violation of a protective order. 

Ralph James Gagliardo, no age given, of 247 Deming St. , South Windsor, was charged with fifth-degree larceny. 

Marlene Renee Rhoden, no age given, of 50 Deerfield Ave., Hartford, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy for allegedly shoplifting from Sears and Hollister at the mall. 

Zakiyyah L. Wynter, no age given, of 460 Edgewood St., Hartford, was charged with with two counts of sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy for allegedly shoplifting from Sears and Hollister at the mall. 

Scott Patrick Gorman, no age given, of 104 Cook Rd., Tolland, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Kohl's.
