DISORDERLY CONDUCT and SECOND-DEGREE FAILURE TO APPEAR - Jodi E. Gilbert-Ranney, 41, of 38 Kimball Dr., New Britain

Aug. 25

SIXTH-DEGREE LARCENY - Lisset Lopez, 38, of 190 Wilson St., Hartford
