Part III: Dinner: No Gourmet Skills Required!

Look out Rachel, check out this protein-filled dinner!


Calling all of you salad lovers! Yeah, right, how many of you are really excited about salad?

This is not your typical boring salad. Actually, this is a hearty, invigorating and tasty salad that will nourish your mind, body and spirit. OK, for someone by no means whom is a culinary cook (which, by now I am sure you figured out) I must admit, I've shocked myself! This no-flab, flavorful, light and appetizing, not to mention, delicious Non-Classic Cobb Salad will satisfy everyBODY! If are in a need of some spring-cleaning to shed the heavier affects of winter, I would highly recommend this salad!

Revealing the magical powerful highly nutritious ingredients (which will change your mind if you think eating healthy can't be delish!):

 No Gourmet Skills Required Ingredients

  • Lettuce/Greens (a few ideas to play with here, try fresh Spring, Romaine, Kale, Swiss Chard, Spinach) or mix a little of all.
  • Hard Boiled Eggs (or egg whites)
  • Avocado
  • Chick Peas
  • Tomatoes
  • Cucumbers
  • Red Pepper
  • Chicken (Not shown in picture, I usually add on top of salad once served)
  • Feta Cheese (optional)
  • Splash of EVOO and Balsamic Vinegar


 Enjoy with your favorite glass of wine!
